Robert is a Certified Career Development Professional ( CCDP ).
This designation recognizes career development as a specialized field of practice with professional standards for all members of the Career Development Association of Alberta.

Robert is also a graduate of the Career Development Program at Concordia University College in Edmonton, Alberta with a Certificate in Career Development.
